มูลนิธิสายธารแห่งความหวัง จัดตั้งมา เพื่อสานฝัน เติมเต็ม ส่วนที่เป็นชีวิตของเด็กๆ ที่ป่วยเป็นมะเร็ง The Wishing Well Foundation was established to fulfil the lives of children with incurable cancers.
